Are my quotes saved?
No. Your current quote and logo are held in this page’s memory, not saved as a draft to an account or browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page loses the current work. Download the PDF before leaving; the tool cannot import a PDF back into the editor.
Where does my information go?
Quote details and uploaded logos are processed in your browser; they are not submitted to Woodruff Labs. The page loads code, brand assets, and a PDF font from this site. Contacting us uses a separate form and never copies quote data automatically.
Which currencies and tax options can I use?
Choose USD, CAD, GBP, EUR, or AUD. Currency selection changes formatting; it does not convert exchange rates. Tax applies to the subtotal after discount. Shipping and fees are added afterward without tax. There are no per-item tax rules—check that the calculation fits your quote.
Can it handle approvals or customer-specific pricing?
This tool generates a quote document. It does not maintain a product catalog, retrieve customer pricing, send quotes by email, collect signatures or payments, or track approvals. Enter and check those details yourself, or explore a connected quoting system above.
What should I check before sending the PDF?
Review customer details, prices, tax treatment, dates, and terms. Replace all fictional example information. Long quotes can span multiple pages, so open the downloaded file to check it. A successful generation message means the browser started the download; it cannot confirm that you saved the file.
